Hey NovaBabes! She's a hot mom of two, a singer & actress, a jet-setter, and an actual boss babe who stays lookin' hot 24/7—it's the one and only Christina Milian! We sat down with the lovely, super charismatic Milian, and she is literally GLOWING from head to toe. How does she do the damn thing?! She lets us in on her secrets to endless youth, how she's stayin' zen even when she's juggling a million tasks, and her key to a healthy relationship.

Q: What is your favorite at-home activity?

A: Well, I'd have to say it's eating, but I also love cooking! I think it's really important to try and cook, even if you don't know how, or just check out recipes that are out there, and I dunno, just experiment with things! Right now, I have a boatload of stuff in my refrigerator, so I've been experimenting with a lot of different flavors and styles of food! Just yesterday, I made my mom's recipe of rice pudding!

Q: What do you miss most about LA? Which do you prefer, LA or Paris?

A: Do I miss LA? Well, I'm in LA right now! I do commute back and forth from Paris to LA all the time, and I pretty much love them both equally!

Q: How are you staying motivated while staying at home?

A: What keeps me motivated while staying at home is getting to work out! This right here is actually a workout mirror that I saw on Instagram and I had to have it, and then I have a treadmill inside of my garage. When I'm working out, my mind is clear. I think what I'm going to do, I think about my intentions and set them and it keeps me going! I'm completely motivated by it and NOT bored when I actually work out.

Q: What have you been binge watching?

A: I've been binge watching anything on Netflix, and I think I've watched almost all of it, including my movie Falling In Love a whole bunch of times, feel free to watch. Next up is Money Heist! It's on its 4th season, and I am obsessed.

Q: What is the most rewarding thing about being a mother?

A: The most rewarding thing about being a mom is coming home to my kids, having fun with them, and I dunno, I feel like a kid all over again when I'm around them. They give me a real sense of purpose, and I really wanna see through their future, so that's what pushes me to do what I do every day.

Q: How do you keep up with being a mom & a business owner?

A: Take a lot of notes. Take notes ALL the time. You might have things going on in your head, try to write them down. My notes are on my phone, it's pretty filled, and I like to go back to my notes to make sure I accomplished the things I said I was gonna do because sometimes, I forget! I do have... two laptops, I do have two iPads, I do have two phones, so I'm pretty mobile and can get stuff done around the clock, and managing being a mom is... just something that comes naturally. but remember, always keep a bottle around.

Q: What is your secret to a successful relationship?

A: My secret to a successful relationship is being with someone who completely accepts who I am, somebody that's fun, and we laugh a lot, we don't take things too seriously and we communicate. I think that's really important. And give him lots of Nutella/nudes (?). He'll be happy.

Q: You look more amazing each year. What are your beauty & health secrets?

A: Well, thank you so much for that compliment, I feel better every year! I do have a plethora of fun things right here on my counter in the bathroom. I have face masks, and lotions, and all sorts of things like that cuz they're fun to play with but to be real with you, I don't use them all the time. I drink WATER. I drink a lot of water. Water is so good for your hydration, it's good for your mind, your body. I literally have an attitude when I don't drink water and I'm just like dehydrated. So hydrate your body, your body is made up of water, it NEEDS water, and that's what's going to keep your skin nice and glowing and BEAUTIFULLLL!

Q: What was your favorite movie to film?

A: My favorite movie that I shot was Love Don't Cost A Thing, still to this day, my first lead role in a movie. I could watch it every time it's on television. What do you guys think? What's your favorite? I'm still in love with my character, Paris Morgan.

Q: Tell us something we don’t know about you.

A: A random fact that people don't know about me is when I was younger, about 8 years old, I took piano lessons. I had to take it so I could take vocal lessons in order to have perfect pitch. So, here we are, let's see if I remember anything. *it might be best to insert the clip here bc she plays the piano, messes up, and then raises her eyebrow at the camera*

Q: Why did you stop singing?

A: That's a good question! I haven't stopped singing, I'm just taking a break. Honestly, I'm having so much fun doing my acting and movies and TV shows that I've been doing. It's definitely taken the #1 spot in my life right now, and then being a mom is already a lot of work, and I have to be there for my kids. When you have a little one and a ten year-old, you know, life can just come at you and it flies by fast, and I don't wanna miss a thing! So, music will come back again. I love music, I always will, and I still do shows and go on tour sometimes, so I dunno, catch me on the flip side at some point!

Q: Do you have any upcoming projects?

A: Upcoming projects?! Well, as far as upcoming projects, I do have some movies that are in the works, but right now, everyone's on break. Hollywood is pffft, taking a permanent break, but when we do come back, I do have some projects that I will be filming. I can't tell you what they're called just yet, but I am excited about it and if you guys are hungry, I do have a food truck! We serve beignets, it's called Beignet Box. We're out on the streets in Southern California, and we're gonna be growing and expanding! So, that's what up next. So much more to come, I love you guys~
